 Hi Gapes,

 If you go to "About Us" at the top of each page and click on FAQ you can get a lot of these answers.

 Depending on your location look under 'Forms' and the first form is a Playback Breakdown showing your town and the other towns covered. Example if you live in Elmhurst- the Elmhurst playback system will show you the nearby and surrounding areas covered in the Elmhurst playback.

 Also most areas accept: VHS/SVHS/3/4 as the preferred formats.

 To sum up all forms/contacts/info is on here for you to 'start your journey' of Public Access.
