This is a breakdown of playback systems, and which towns they reach. This can be used to find out where your show will be seen in a particular playback system. Feel free to copy this file and post on your public access website, if needed.

This document contains the public access rules and regulations that govern your use of Comcast's Public Access facilities; scheduling priorities; traffic (playback) requirements, and more.

This form is required for every tape you submit for playback. A separate copy needs to accompany each tape.  This form tells us what is on the tape, when it should air, and who submitted the show.

This form is essentially your application for a time slot on the public access channel.  This form tells us everything we need to know about your show such as name, topic, and who the producer is.  This is also used to determine what area your show will be seen in.

This form also tells us what tape format your show will be submitted in, how long your show is, and who often a new show will be submitted.

This form is required for producers who are not a Comcast certified public access producer, or a Comcast certified producer who wishes to have their show seen in an area outside of their home playback area.

This form tells us the basic information about your show, and what area you would like your show to be placed on the waiting list.

If you want to have a description of your show included in the playback schedule on the accesschannel.com website, you will need to fill out this form.  You can also include a picture, and a link to your informational-only website.

All producers are encouraged to use this form to secure permission to use their on screen talent.  By having your talent (host, guests, etc) sign this form, they consent to you using their name, likeness, picture, and/or voice in your show.

For those people who appear on your show who are under the age of 18, you will also need to secure their parent's permission.
